How can I improve my nose
Apr 22, 2020
An excellent question. Your’s is a very common issue. The challenging issue for you is the tip of the nose. It would benefit for reshaping the cartilage and creating the structure that you reference in your question by grafting cartilage into the tip. In addition to this, you have thick skin and that is a very vexing issue for both patient and surgeon. You would greatly benefit from thinning this tissue layer via an open rhinoplasty approach and then vigorous post-operative taping and occ…
Should I have Lasik or rhinoplasty first and how long should I wait to do the second procedure?
Lasik or Rhinoplasty First
Mar 5, 2020
I always suggest to my patients to do whatever is medically necessary, or more beneficial, first. And while the appearance of your nose is very important to you, I believe improving your vision would be of a much greater benefit to you. Surgical vs. Non-surgical rhinoplasty

3 Week Post Rhinoplasty Swelling
Sep 19, 2019
At your phase of recovery it is way too early to be alarmed by swelling. By all means you should discuss your concerns with your surgeon, as there are non-invasive ways of managing post-operative edema. For a rhinoplasty you should wait several weeks, if not several months, before drawing any conclusions as to your long term result.
Rhinoplasty: what happened and how can it be fixed?
Can my nose be fixed?
Sep 12, 2019
Yes, your issue is very common. The tip support structure needs further strengthening. It is possible that the previous operation did not fully address this area. You are an excellent candidate for a revision rhinoplasty.
