Yes upper blepharoplasty is likely needed for sure to remove the skin excess and also to provide access to correct the asymmetry of lid position- a condition known as ptosis on your left side. You also have a higher brow position on the left so a browlift on the right can be considered as well to optimize symmetry. Other options can also be considered but surgery is likely the best option in cases such as these.

High SMAS and deep plane techniques can both be used for excellent results. Both techniques can effectively reposition the supportive structures of the face in the direction you show with your fingers. In addition both techniques can enhance the volume of the cheek by repositioning the mid-face. I prefer a hybrid of both techniques for my facelifts. The exact technique does not matter as much as your comfort with the surgeon and your assessment of his/her before and after photos.

The windswept look was likely achieved with a skin only lift or potentially repeat procedures that produced too much skin tightening. Modern facelift techniques do not utilize this method for its unnatural result, poor scarring, and tendency to recur. The skin is not a supportive structure, it is a covering and just trying to lift the skin without the underlying supportive SMAS produces suboptimal results.

The breasts are sagging- a condition known as ptosis- and the stretch marks are an indication the skin has been traumatized and has lost elasticity. The answer likely depends on how big you’d like to go in terms of buttock size. If it is a modest increase in size and/or projection then you may have enough fat to get by with a BBL alone.
