7 days postop rash is not usually as the result of what was applied to your body during surgery but most likely what has been applied since. The rash is more or less localized so a general systemic cause is unlikely. Though unrelated your photos show two distinct incisions but your periareolar one seems newer. So the rash around the inframammary scar is curious if indeed not new. You mentioned Bacitracin which usually does not cause a rash but Neosporin (in case you are using that) can. Also…

A hump does not have to be cut out except in very isolated instances and rasping a hump is a more controlled and predictable technique.both open and closed techniques work well however the swelling is more pronounced and prolonged after the open technique. In general an open technique is more suitable for correction of a crooked nose although it could be done both ways.

Consideing your medical history, you are not a candidate for a tummy tuck. On the other hand no liposuction technique will help you. The only relatively safer surgical option that may give you some degree of functional relief and some cosmetic improvement would be a paniculectomy (removal of excessive lower abdominal skin only) combined with limited liposuction of the upper abdomen and sides. You have great result for three weeks and it’s too early to worry about this B/O issue. You seem to have had a good surgery and continue trusting your surgeon because he’ll be the one caring about your outcome the most. Don’t prejudge your result and save yourself a huge disappointment by getting other doctors involved prematurely

Tummy tuck is serious surgery and choosing the least expensive surgeon is not wise. In my opinion you should seek treatment at your nearby university hospital plastic surgery clinic(teaching hospital) There, at least you’re safer and under care and supervision of attending surgeon as opposed to a cheap establishment.

How did your hump get bigger? Did you get a trauma to your nose? In case of an injury making a hump larger however the breathing can get worse but not because of the hump size increase but due to the injury to the associated nasal structures causing obstruction. An existing hump does not by itsel cause obstruction.

You need to show your before and after photos without showing the rest of your face but short of that no reasonable assumption can be made. Also, every face is different and an Angelina Jolie nose may not necessarily look good on your face. Noses have to go with the face they’re sculpted on so that they look as natural as pussible.

A redo facelift after 18 months is highly unusual unless you have ehlers danlos syndrome which is usually diagnosed before surgery or the surgical technique was inadequate. Latest survey shows face lifts should last 7-8 years. If he/she is charging you again for the the repeat facelift then I would recommend a change of venue.

Tingling sensation can happen near all incisions and it’s something that should become a second nature. It’s not necessarily related to the surgical technique.

Other metabolic complications are also possible but they’ can occur any time and with any surgeries. A well controlled diabetes and strict adherence to diet and medications are necessary for an uneventful recovery. Absolute contraindications to surgery in a diabetic patient is obesity.

From the looks of the lump especially on the lower lid it appears that the manner the wound was closed the mild excess skin was probably purse strung which always leads to localized swelling and will settle down after the swelling has resolved. A small revision however may be required. Give it time. Good luck.

Brain has nothing to do with it. If you were to gain weight, areas of liposuction may get a little larger but rarely and very minutely as compared to areas that we’re not suctioned

Your problem will probably not be corrected with larger implants or different position of the implant. You probably had tubular breast that will only respond to specific procedure aimed at removing the tight base. A different technique should have been employed. Larger implants will only make your situation worse.
