Swelling very normal in lower abdomen ( expected)…
If your lower tummy feels like a water bed of fluid- you could have a seroma ( fluid collection) that may need to be drained.

Your results look fairly good/normal at your stage of healing.
It takes up to a full year for final results after abdominoplasty.
You will continue to improve contour over time.
Normal to have skin rolls with sitting and bending forward ( even after a tummy tuck)….
Compression garments can assist with reduction in swelling.

You are absolutely a candidate for liposuction of hips/back with abdominoplasty.
Based on your photos, I would recommend a fluer de lis abdominoplasty.
This means a resulting scar both at waistline and vertically up the tummy.
You have redundant tissue in both horizontal and vertical dimensions.
