You are a superb candidate for rhinoplasty. Using 3D imaging during a consultation would help you see the planned shape and size of your nose after the procedure. A board certified plastic surgeon would help you determine the correct operative goals and design a plan to help you reach them.

I would be very reluctant to have a non-surgical rhinoplasty at the tip of the nose as skin necrosis can occur. I do perform non-surgical rhinoplasty but the tip is considered a danger area. Tip refinements are best made with a traditional rhinoplasty as this tends to be a permanent change and is very safe to perform.

It is well known that the nose ages as you age. Typically the nose lengthens but other changes such as increased soft tissue thickness can occur. Whether the widening of your nose at the tip (or ball) is due to excess cartilage or soft tissue, these can be addressed at the time of rhinoplasty surgery.

Healing after rhinoplasty does take many months. The amount of swelling between two sides can be variable. Nostril size is fortunately one aspect of rhinoplasty that if needing a revision at 12 months can be done without necessarily returning to the operating room. Alar retraction, however, is more problematic.
