You will be best off without an implant. Your nasal contour from front and side can be changed the way you want without an implant, either cartilage or silastic. by recontouring your nose. This method will retain the normal familial aspects of your nose, but remove the “hump” and wide appearance.

Wear it full time for three weeks. Keep it loose in the first week after surgery and tighter as time goes on.

After a month or so you can switch to compression girdle. The swelling won’t be all gone for 9-12 months.

With a closed rhinoplasty there is no external scar to show that you had the operation. I have been doing closed rhinoplasties for 30 years and am confident that I can produce the desired changes without a visible, external scar. We plan the final appearance on the computer ahead of time and carry it out in the surgery with no ‘give away’ scar.

Neck liposuction and chin implant done together are ideal for you. They are best done at the same time because you have to go through with the surgery and the recuperation only once, and because the combo will usually cost less than the total done separately.

However, I have to suggest that you do some weight loss before doing any surgery. The result of your surgery will be much, much better if you rreduce the fat in your cheeks.
