I believe you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty which in my opinion is best done by an open technique. In addition to removing the hump, the dorsum of the nose can be thinned and the nose tip refined in order to get the best possible result.

IT is hard to tell from the pics you have sent but from your description you might benefit from a tip rhinoplasty. This will not change the upper half of the nose but refine the tip region. The final result will be determined but the thickness of your skin however you will certainly see an improvement. A combination of removal of cartilage and suturing techniques will be used depending on the state of the cartilage under the skin.
