I would recommend a breast lift with or without implants based on your photograph. In person examination may be different from your photograph. An implant alone is likely to produce a low breast position. You will need to have this conversation with your surgeon. Best of luck.

How Much Weight Can I Lose from Tummy Tuck Surgery?

The tummy tuck procedure will remove tissue, however the goal of the surgery is usually not for weight loss. Ideally, the surgery involves excision of excess skin after weight loss has already occurred. I would recommend asking your treating physician about any weight concerns. Best of luck.

The 25cc difference would be difficult to detect. I would suggest allowing your surgeon to advise on your particular case. The shape of the implant does vary with the type of profile selected, however the profile type is often selected by the surgeon after taking into account your breast/chest measurements. For example, a woman with a small chest width who desires a larger volume breast, will usually require a higher profile implant.
Do Breast Reconstruction Tissue Expanders Cause Pain As They Expand?

Tissue expanders can cause some discomfort, however most patients are pleasantly surprised by the process. We do not expand excessively at each visit. We provide appropriate pain medications. Great question. The pain from surgery is usually experienced in the first few days after surgery. This pain is often managed with oral medications. Patients are sometimes allowed to return to work after 1-2 weeks if they have a desk job. Other patients may require over one month off work if they have a physically demanding job. Physical activity and exercise will depend on an individual’s case and this needs to be discussed in detail with one’s surgeon.

It is very early post op. The swelling is usual impressive around the eye. It can take months for healing to take place. I would recommend a post op visit with your surgeon.

Radiation treatment often causes permanent changes to the skin and soft tissues of the breast. The implants generally require healthy tissue coverage. Surgeons may recommend flaps (example latissimus dorsi flap) to offer new healthy tissue coverage over the implant. This requires a physical exam by a plastic surgeon to determine the best option for you.
