I typically advise patients to continue hormones for at least 2 years before considering ffs. Hormones do have a significant feminizing effect on the soft tissues of the face and cheeks. Palpable irregularities after facial feminization surgery are common and typically resolves within 6 months due to swelling/bone healing. If it persists over 6 months, I would recommend a hi resolution CT scan which we offer in our office to accurately diagnose the problem. There are many options for correction if needed.

Lowering the hairline would help along with rhinoplasty to improve the droopy tip. Hairline appears to be too far back with too much forehead. Additionally, cheek augmentation with either fillers or cheek implants would also help to feminize your face.

Costs typically range from 9 to 15k depending on what is done. Typically, it is fairly easy to advance 4-5cm or 2 inches of hairline. This requires incisions in the galea (fibrous tissue underneath the scalp) to allow it to stretch. If you require more than 2 inches, the procedures may need to be staged in to 2 surgeries about 6 months apart so you can advance the scalp even more to near 3 inches of lowering.
