Hi and thanks for your photo. It is difficult to say without examining you. However there is no doubt that you would see significant improvement with an implant alone. It may however not be ideal. In your photo your arms are raised which causes artificial elevation of the breasts. If you are willing to have a larger breast than may be ideal and the surgeon places the implant in a sub fascism position, I think your results maybe worthwhile. Good luck!
