Hi, a rhinoplasty to lower the bridge of the nose and a chin implant to optimize facial harmony would be considerations. You could also achieve limited temporary improvement with a “liquid rhinoplasty” and a filler to increase chin projection.

Hello, no worries, having a temporary filler placed in the nose for reshaping does not cause a future problem with a rhinoplasty provided the filler has been completely disappeared. Fillers have different durabilities and it is important that your surgeon knows what you had placed and when. Some fillers such as Restylane can be quickly dissolved with an enzyme injection (hyaluronidase) if there is uncertainty about any filler still remaining.
