I usually recommend a good support bra without underwires to be put on immediately after breast surgery, regardless of breast augmentation, breast lift, or breast reduction. After about three weeks you can go to any type of bra. We usually have you wear an elastic strap placed over your bra above the breasts after breast augmentation to help the muscles to relax and push the implants down into a more natural position. The technique that I use for breast augmentation is routinely fast recovery. You can go back to work in 2-3 days and resume all normal activities within 2-3 weeks. The technique involves submuscular placement of the implants. There is generally minimal bleeding from this procedure. We use self dissolving sutures so there are no sutures to be removed. There is minimal swelling or pain afterwards.

From the appearance of your left breast only, I feel that you would benefit from a lift and implants. I think you need the nipple areaola complex to be repositioned slightly higher and that can be achieved with a vertical ellipse mastopexy. You may not need a horizontal component to the breast lift. I would recommend implants in the range of 300-350 cc depending on the breast size you wish to achieve and your body size.

It appears from your pictures that you have good skin tone but just a protuberant mid abdomen. I recommend exercises to tighten your abdominal muscles, such as sit ups. I think you may benefit from liposuction to the mid abdomen. However, I do not feel that a tummy tuck is necessary for you at this time.

You need to be examined by a doctor to see what is the cause for your swollen lymph node. It can be due to inflammatory causes, infection, but can also be a sign of a malignancy. Excessive swelling or scarring after an accident to your eye can cause hooding of the eyelid. Once all the swelling has gone and you still have residual hooding, I would recommend considering eyelid surgery or possibly an eyebrow lift. Both of these procedures are best done by a plastic surgeon.
