Thank you for your question! Under eye filler can help with the appearance of dark circles under the eyes by correcting the way the light reflects off the face. By fillling in the hollow areas you create a surface for the light to bounce off of and eliminate the shadowing effect.

Most patients do very well after rhinoplasty surgery. Often the discomfort is minimal, with difficulty breathing through the nose due to transient swelling being the most common complaint. Much of the swelling will go down in the first few weeks, however the full results are not seen for 6-9 months post procedure.
Along with swelling patients may have some bruising which typically resolves in a week or two. Patients may return to desk work a few days...

Yes, with a tip rhinoplasty the height of the ala can be adjusted with conservative alar cartilage resections. This would have to be fit in to a plan for the overall rhinoplasty evaluation. In general dynamic changes from muscle activity can't be changed with surgery.

Yes, I feel the proposed look is overcorrecting a strong nose that you have. I would not recommend that amount of dorsal reduction of the bone.

If you were going to do one operation I would recommend the chin implant. This would create strong, masculine look to your face. You have thicker, sebaceous skin and the amount of result you would get with rhinoplasty surgery would be limited. I would recommend concentrating on the chin.

You have very attractive, strong features. Your nose has a little too much strength and one could lower the dorsum a little and refine and reshape the nasal tip to get a narrower, more balanced look that would match your other features.

Yes, you appear to have fullness in the cartilaginous dorsum which we call a polybeak. When reducing large noses it's sometimes difficult to gauge the exact amount of cargilage lowering that is needed. If your fullness persists for another 2-3 months it is possible to reduce the polybeak deformity. What you have is wide nasal bone structure and wide nasal tip both of which can be narrowed wtih moderate rhinplasty techniques. One can never guarantee a result to match a model's photo, however, one can approach a similar result. If your nasal tip has a lot of fat in it it can be de-fatted which would help to narrow it additionally. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.

You have large eyes which match the width in your nasal tip, however, one could consider narrowing the nasal alar base and defining the nasal tip area. The cost will vary from state to state. Schedule consultations with providers in your area to get a better idea of cost.

Thank you for you pictures. Looking at the photos I notice you have a very round face and I think a chin implant would help balance out your look and take away from the strength you see in the nose. You have thicker skin and cartilaginous changes in the tip would help narrow and refine the tip area. Structurally your chin is the thing that stands out in the profile. Talk to your doctor about improving the overall facial balance.
My new nose is too big and wide for the size of my face. 12 days post-op.

If the implant appears too large for you one would need to wait at least 6 months and then one could put in a smaller implant. The swelling you have early in the post op period will improve markedly over the next 6 months. Be patient and give the initial swelling time to go away on its own.
Options to fix my hanging columella?

The photos give little information, however, the hanging columella can be shortened by resecting the medial crura or shortening the nasal septum depending which is the problem. This is an easy fix for most patients.
Want a sharp nose, but I am scared that I'll start to get persistent rhinitis or sinusitis?

It sounds like you want the tip narrowed. this almost never causes rhinitis and certainly never causes sinusitis if done correctly. The natural sinus structures and nasal membranes are not damaged at all during rhinoplasty surgery so there should be no effect on the nasal function post procedure. I recommend scheduling a consultation with an otolaryngologist or ENT who does rhinoplasty.
Worried about my upturned, pig nose after rhinoplasty, will it drop?

Yes the tip will drop, but it will likely take 3-6 months for the scar softening and the skin tissues to relax. Keep your confidence in your physician and be patient because things will improve with time. At that time if you still have concerns about the shortness there are procedures to lengthen the nose.
