Without photographs a precise answer is imposible. I believe hyaluronic acid based fillers like Restylane & Juvederm are good nonsurgical treatment options for prominent tear troughs and undereye volume loss. Other treatments like laser, microneedling, Hydofacial, and Ultherapy can be used to improve the quality of the skin around the eyes but fillers are best for addressing volume loss.  Good luck and I hope this helps!

All Rhinioplasty bruising fades with time. If you wish to accelerate the process you can try Arnica Montana or Bromelain. Make sure you are not allergic prior to trying. Dear serin95:     Thank you for your question. If you did not have any osteotomies (bone cuts) or spreader grafts placed then there is no restriction on wearing glasses. If you did, I generally recommend keeping a splint under glasses until the four week post-operative mark. After that there should be no problem wearing them normally so at this point you should be fine. However, I always recommend you follow your operative surgeon’s advice.
