It is not uncommon to have swelling the first week after injection of filler to the lips. If it does not improve, follow up with your physician to discuss correction.  Good luck

It is best to ask your surgeon. The answer depends upon several factors including how you are healing and how extensive the surgical procedure. I typically don’t have my patients start it for 10-14 days after surgery. Good luck

The “bumps” on the tip of the nose represent cartilage that is visible through your thin skin. Please follow up with your surgeon for evaluation. 
I had Juvederm yesterday. My lips feel and look lumpy. Is this normal?

It is not uncommon to have irregular swelling 24 hours after  receiving filler to the lips. In fact, this may be present for several days.  You can apply ice but refrain from manipulating the area. If it does not improve over the next week, contact your physician. Good luck

Thank you for your question.  I think it is important for you and your surgeon to discuss your nasal concerns and establish what will give you your best #rhinoplasty result.  I would not be overly concerned about the anesthesia component if your PCP feels you are an appropriate candidate for general anesthesia.  Good luck

Thank you for your question.  If you are not achieving the results you are looking for, please seek an additional opinion.  Sometimes it has to do with the technique and placement of the #Botox.

Botox will only last 3-4 months.  You will likely achieve a similar result with your next #Botox treatment.  Your fillers will need to be repeated in 6-9 months.  Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  It is very difficult to make recommendations on other surgeons postoperative rhinoplasty patients b/c it is not always clear what was performed.  That being said, I allow my patients to use a saline spray post op and often use a ointment to soften the crusting and facilitate healing.  Please follow your surgeons recommendations.  Good luck

The skin of the eyelid is very thin.  At 2 weeks post op, it is not uncommon to still have some lower eyelid swelling.  This appears to be more notable on your right side.  Please follow up with your surgeon for their opinion and expertise.

Yes, your neck can be improved.  Assuming your health is good, a #facelift will improve the neck and jowl area well.  It is best to arrange a consultation to better understand all treatment options.  There appears to be excess neck laxity which is unlikely to improve with laser or ultrasound treatment alone.

It is difficult to say from this photo whether this represents infection or superficial filler.  It would be helpful to know how many days ago you received your filler.  Please follow your physician’s advice and follow up with him/her.  There is minimal downside to the oral antibiotic.  If the lip skin is intact, a topical antibiotic will not provide any additional value.  Please get an additional opinion if you uncomfortable with your physician’s recommendations.

Please address this with your surgeon who is aware of your postoperative course.  It depends upon how you are healing and if anything else was performed.  I typically allow my patients to gently apply makeup at post op day 10 if everything is healing well

Side effects and complications can occur with any procedure.  Please make sure you see an experienced physician if you choose to have this procedure performed again.  I would recommend forgoing the local anesthetic and please avoid aspirin and motrin like products prior to the procedure.  Good luck
