Wider implants are not the answer. To be sure I really need to view you laying down to see how your chest shape is. Also side views are important. It appears to me that the implants are going laterally and down. I would suggest a smaller, higher and fuller breast than a larger, wider, and low one. If you go my approach the medial gap would be smaller.

You can expect swelling up to 6 months after a tumm yck procedure. If you have seroma, then you may require longer recovery period. Seroma is not necessary a complication of tummy tuck, but rather an unanticipated but not unusual event. As long as it is drained properly, you should be fine. Daily massaging of the scare area will expedite the reduction of swelling. Be patient and trust your surgeon.

One month post op is fairly a short time to give you final results. You will have some swelling up to 6 months following the surgery, although most swelling should be gone by months 4 or 5. Also your implants are still settling and are probably sitting high. There is good chance that the implants will fall into proper place, so have some faith and give it some time. In my practice, the most common complaint after a breast augmentation surgery is “I wish I had gone bigger”.

The time is dictated by how much fat is needed to be removed for fat grafting, how many areas of liposuction as donor site, and then flipping you on the operating room table, processing and purifying the fat and transferring to the buttock area for augmentation. The price in Southern California is $8500 to $12,000.
