She practiced medicine for 28 years in the fields of internal medicine, endocrinology, and family practice. In 1995, Ms. Olson began practicing clinical skincare and has expanded her practice to include advanced aesthetic skincare, anti-aging, and functional medicine.

Biography: Wendy has been with Radiance since 2010. She oversees the day-to-day operations such as scheduling, inventory control, human resources, customer and employee relations, and management. Biography: Nancy has spent her entire career within the nursing profession. Her warm presence is a blessing to everyone who walks through the doors of Radiance. As Wellness Coordinator, she is indispensable to Lauren Olson as well as Dr. Sofola and Dr. Comeaux. She facilitates the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program at Radiance, and has helped our weight loss clients lose up to 60 pounds and counting! Additionally, she is certified in Venus Freeze Skin Tightening, miraDry, and Ultherapy.

Biography: Dawn has been practicing expert skin care since 2008 and has been with Radiance since 2011, where she is currently the Department Lead.
